I warning you now, this is an emo post..............

i had 2 test this week. one is mechanics another 1 is further maths.

Mechanics i did pretty well, hope can pass this time..............please, i just wan to pass, not to score........

further maths...........haiz, this time was the worst.........i only can answer 1 part out of 4 parts.......too nervous, ya, at the beginning, i quite nervous and i was doing it with snail's pace.........

i don't know what should i do to overcome this problem.........exercise, yes, i have done a lot of exe, although is not all, but at least i try everyday.

But, still, this problem still exists. i dont know how i going to get at least a B for my further maths. Hopefully mechanics part (paper 2) can save me from drowning.......but i read past year questions before, mechanics is much more harder than pure maths part. But, how come at this junction, my score is opposite???

I have tuition every tuesday. and it costs a lot.....really a lot...........almost half of my allowance contributed to this side.

actually, i quite interested in further maths. it is something that i never learnt before but i know it is very useful in my future. but, i just don't know how to score in the exam.........

still, i am struggling. struggling for no reason. i am not working hard enough?

I don't know....just feel that my future is quite dim now.
Seriously i hope the light will reach me very soon........

Judgement Day

Yes!!! Today is Judgement Day. My today means 20-2-2009. Why did i say that? Friday should be the day everyone is looking forward to. But this week friday is a bit different. Not because of i have no money to have a luxurious lunch, but because of petronas officers want to meet all of us.

Why i have to worry? Erm, my result is not very very poor. Also coz of this, that's mean i didn't perform for the last test. Make this matter worse, last wednesday, the Judgement Day between taylor's lecturers and scholars was happened in such serious situation that most of the lecturers were reprimanded by programme director. (i was absent that day, everything i wrote in this paragraph therefore was all hearsay)

Today Judgement Day is scheduled at 3pm. 2 hours after my final class of the week (if don't take IELTS class into account). Suprisingly and i find it quite funny, 15 out of 17 scholars wear formally today. Guys wear long sleeves, slacks and leather shoes. Gals wear very OL-looked suit. It reminds me the day when i went for interview with JPA and PETRONAS. It quite surprise me as this is the first time i see you wear formal and you also see me wearing formal for the first time too!! (same as the interviewing day : saw a lot of known person wear formally (or weirdly) lol :P)

Back to Judgement Day. Deadline at 3pm is postponed to 3.45pm. Ok, that's mean i will miss the 4pm bus. Great!!! Means i have to wait until 6pm for the bus!!!!! Haiz, it sound like it won't turn out to be my day.

3.45pm. The officer walks in.

"I am Encik Norman"

Slow and steady voice.

He writes something on the board and expectedly, the first thing we gotta discuss is RESULTS
:( (damn nervous, cold sweat can be felt on everyone's body)

But, surprisingly, instead of let us face some music, he gives us words of encouragement. This is something that really catch me in surprise. Hmm, look like this friday is not bad as i thought. hehe...........

He just generally mention some dilemma we might be facing. Such as poor command of english, not hardworking enough (i think this comment is given by further maths lecturer.......hope he does not read my blog, god bless me!!!), personal problems and attitude.

Ok, it sound like today going to be something same as sermon. A lot of advices and forgiveness from him.......

The Judgement Day goes very smooth. AND THE GOOD THING IS>>>>>>>>>>>

my allowance is increased!!!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo!!!! this is the thing we are long waiting for. We heard it quite sometimes ago but there is no official issued statement to inform us. The bank account doesn't show it is getting more fatty acid and glycerol.

who cares now!? As long as it comes out from officer mouth, that's mean it is TRUE and OFFICIAL!!!!! This is a very good news for high cost, high expenditure, high transportation fees Subang people. XDDD

This Encik Norman very good in creating suspense and mysterious ambience. At the end of the Judgement Day, he throws us a bombshell. Luckily the bom doesn't hit me. lol. He asks some people to stay back after the Judgement Day. I think that is the real version of Judgement Day. Phew, luckily i survived this time!!! hehe........

For me, i think this kind of gatherings and meetings are very good as we can always alert ourselves that we are one of the scholars. Scholars only responsibility is do well in the exam and reach the cut-off point. After today, surely i will put that in mind. There is 1 more month left for AS trials and 3 more months for AS actual exam.

No more playing time. Must score this time!!!!

IELTS=Irritating english lesson to scholars

Yesterday, i started my IELTS workshop. What's my feeling? No feeling actually..........but bit unhappy coz have to wake up early.

My workshop started at 8.30am. And this is Subang. And i staying behind Summit. The road all the way from Summit to Taylor's is very very jammed. Plus kebanggaan malaysia-----public transport is a very special stuff. U always have to play hide and seek with them. U think they will come at 8am. They either come at 7.58am or 8.20am. If u go to bus station at 8am, u probably will miss the bus because while u still on the way to bus station, u can see the bus is stopping there and u try to run and hope u can catch up the bus and at the same waive your hand and shout like orang gila lari dari tanjung rambutan. But, experience tells me, by the time u arrive there, the bus already sped off. (i wonder the bus driver is blind or he purposely did so so he can see my frustrated expression >.< )

Luckily, yesterday everything is as smooth as silk. No traffic jam, no reckless bus driver, no long time of waiting and the good thing is the bas mini i aboard was air-conditioned!!!!

Ok, all these are not important. Important thing is after this.

IELTS workshop was conducted by a Master of English--------Kumar Nair.

His english very very extremly excellent and perfect. Luckily he doesn't have the essence of British, or else i have to endure the worst time of my life.

Actually he didn't teach much about English. Maybe because of first lesson, he explained what is IELTS, which part we must score, which part is the toughest, which part is very easy to lose marks, how to cheat by giving ambigous answer..............the lists go on............obviously he is a very experience lecturer.

I enjoyed his class until he started teaching formally. Before this, i was keep laughing because of his jokes. Some are lame but it makes sense XD

These jokes quite lame actually. The best jokes in his class that successfully made the class broke into laughter (except a Korean girl coz she doesnt know what he was talking about).

During economic crisis in 1998, Mahathir trying very hard to solve the financial problem in Malaysia. He has no more idea so he goes for bomoh----the last resort for all malaysians if the problems can't be solved.
Mahathir :Bomoh oh bomoh!!! I need your help!!!!! You must help me to overcome this financial crisis............i still want to earn somemore.................(sob sob)
Bomoh : Calm down, boy. I can help you. I know how to solve this problem. You must kill 2 persons in order to overcome this problem.
Mahathir :Why??? I am not Najib. I am not as mean and cold-blooded as him. But I will do that if you can explain to me the reasons behind it.

Mahathir :Why?????? (he asked curiously but can see a sense of happiness on his face)

OMG!!!

On 9th of February, in lunar calendar which is 正月十五 or known as 元宵节 or known as Chinese Valentine's Day or more commonly known as Chap Goh May, i celebrated crazily.....

Before this, actually i want to go Cheras Taman Tasik Permaisuri to buang "kam". The problem is my friends don't want to teman me and another major problem is transportation. Although i studied the map before, i still not very sure which bus i should take when reach at Tun Razak Station. So, i changed my plan. I want to feed my stomach kaw kaw today!!!!!

First place i thought of is Sunway!!!! Reason?

1. near
2. no transport problem
3. familiar
4. that's the only place my friends would go with me >.<
5. my friend want to buy something there

So, we decided to go SUNWAY PYRAMID (why i kept advertising for them????)


This is the moment we stepped out from my unit. Very energitic, feel like walking towards the sunlight, a truly promising day for us!!!! Indeed, it turned out to be :P

I looked MC2 because i have been in starvation since breakfast........:(

Oh My GOD!!!! I never seen such a big and shiny "yuan bao" before!!!! How many PSP can this thing buy????

Steven Gerrard at Casa Subang 17th floor!!!!!!

Haha!! Today(7-2-2009) my mum comes to kl to do her business. Because she is going to stay here for 2 days, she purposely spares out some time to have dinner with me. Normally when she is here for 1 day, she will only find my sister. My sister staying in the center of kl. Subang is very far from kl and it is very troublesome for my mum coz she is not very sure and clear about kl road.

Happy Chap Goh Mei!!!!!

Time passes so fast. Tomorrow will be the last day for 2009 Chinese New Year. Feel so depress because can't celebrate with my family. Feel so upset because can't celebrate with my kuantan friends.

I still remember the day we went to Teluk Chempedak and threw "gan" to the sea. Amazingly, we picked up some others' people "gan" when we thought that it was ours!!! Unluckily, there is no phone number on it. Only have sender's name (who we want to send to actually? to the fish or crab or starfish????) and his wishes.

I always laugh when i remember all these kind of memories. I laugh not because it is funny but because it is meaningful and this memory has left its mark on my heart........

Thanks to everyone that had spared (or wasted??? depends on what kind of friends are you >.<) their time with me. I really treasured all the memories i have or i try to have or i try to imagine i have ;p

Thanks, guys!!!! I love u all!!! I won't remember you all. Even if i have forgotten u, i still remember the day we did something crazyly, insanely, youthful things!!! (even though in my memories some of the people have no face or he always turns his back to me.....lol)

Second semester, 1 more year to South Africa

Just celebrated chinese new year. Although now suffering economic crisis, but chinese new year is an event that should not be missed by any yellow skin people. This year is the first time i celebrating my chinese new year with a rush. I rushed back to kuantan to celebrate and didnt visit much of my friend before i went back to subang again.

This year might be my final year to celebrate chinese new year in kuantan. I seriously hope it won't be the final year (i mean final year in terms of teenagers) but after given second though, it is more likely it will be.

I don't know South Africa there has chinese new year break or not. I know there have chinese but how big is the group?? I wonder.....If there is chinese new year break, even the trip costs an arm and a leg, i 100% confirm i will come back.

This year i found out that the chinese new year ambience is not as strong as last time. Is it because i was busy studying until no time to go out?? Or is it really true that the global economic meltdown has scrapped away chinese people biggest event (if u not consider winter solstice as the biggest event in chinese calendar)?? This was the first time i found that chinese new year eve was rather boring than interesting. No special and interesting tv show, no special decoration in my house (because nobody has time to decorate it), no feeling of getting excited and impatience as the clock reaching 12am...............everything just happened in a blur.......

Are these problems only affecting me? I hope so. I hope others still have that kind of upbeat mood to celebrate it. Remembering last time when i was young, i was so eager to celebrate it. Everyone was busy cleaning and decorating the house before the clock ticks 12am, everyone was rushing and at the end we managed to do it before 12am. The next day woke up very early to receive ang pow and wore new clothes and went to my gong gong house to bai nian......all these are history now.....

But before all these going to happen, before i have to say goodbye to chinese new year next year, i must make sure i get at least 4B for A-level. It sound easy right? 4B. I have the confidence if i were only offered maths, chemistry and physics. But further maths, haiz, i have nothing to guarantee......

I have many petronas scholar seniors didnt achieve the requirement petronas set. I have one senior got 2A and 1C. She can't go oversea anymore......I seriously hope this kind of thing won't fall on me.

Second semester has started 2 months. I starting to feel the heat. Homework load, heavier than last year, almost everyday i have to stay up over 12am to finish my homework. Syllabus becomes harder, this 1 i expected. And the most pening kepala 1 is my hectic schedule. I have to attend IELTS workshop, finish my LAN assignments, preparing for AS trials which going to happen 2 more months and battling for AS tests which is 3 more months.

Hectic......luckily there is some good news. But before it is confirmed and announced officially, i won't let the cat out of the bag. Haha!!! Hopefully what the feng shui expert, zodiac expert, fortune teller said is going to be true!!!! Hopefully this year will be the best year for Horse!!!!
