A big letdown for the judiciary reform in the country

I am not a law student. But i always after current political news and internal country affair. I can't say i am very good in analysing the country situation, but these are my views.

Today while i went to Mydin to buy hanger (too many clothes i have...hehe), i accidentally read a big headlines title of Nanyang Siang Pao "Razak Baginda was released" (of course i have translated it to english). It was a shocking news for me. I kept reading. The another 2 policemen from Special Task Force Unit had to defend themselves in the court on someday on November as they were formally charged.

Maybe i am influenced by Raja Petra's Malaysia Today, but i analysed before i absorbing the information. I still believe Razak Baginda is involved in murdering Altantuya Shariibu. Although there is no concrete evidence pointing at him, but who on earth will steal C4 from weapon storage to bomb a Mongolian beauty in the midnight??

Don't tell me they did this because of playful. Or they did this because they hate her. Why they hate her? They never met this girl before. And they don't look like people with criminal minds that know how to use C4 explosive to bomb a foreigner in Damansara jungle just to get rid of any proof of killing her.

Normal people will just dump her body into a sea or just leave it like that. But it will be a different story if the master mind is an educated person. A person that has a well background and studied a lot. Erm, the well background i mentioning here is not well-mannered or well-moulded, what i try to tell u all is a background that has strong support from another strong man in the country.

Razak Baginda is a political analyst. He worked for a powerful political figure in the country. He was that highly-regarded leader thinker (golongan cerdek pandai). If there is any news involved Razak Baginda, unavoidable it will link to his master.

At here, i don't want involve his master. But he himself should be charged too. Not enough proof to show he albeitted the 2 policemen? But he has the motive. He was the old flame of that Mongolian lady. That's mean he had had an affair!! I don't know why syariah court never sue him after they learn he had an affair while still in married status.

I am disappointed with this country. Totally hopeless. Peguam Negara baru? Zaki? Make no difference. Judiciary reform is a tough mission. It has been nipped in the bud. Hopefully this would be the worst case ever. And soon after this, the judiciary can regain Her fairness again. Hopefully....
